Saturday May 25th
Pops woke up at 3:00 a.m. exactly, as he peered at the red glow of the time projected onto the ceiling by the clock they had bought at Walmart. He was looking forward to his meditation with even more eagerness. This was the time where he was free to imagine.
He settled into his meditation. This would take time, sometimes it could be right away and other times 43 minutes, like this particular morning. He always began with a prayer to his parents, ancestors, heavenly and mystery mother and father, and to his twin eternal flame within. He would give thanks and ask for guidance and then focus on one question to ask. This morning he had a difficult time thinking of something to ask. He wondered about the purpose of his having a headache, the slip into a shortage-lack consciousness, and loss of perspective a few days ago. Through this experience of one day, he was able to experience the contrast of where he had come from and reminded of the view of the world many people have. Pops, on the other hand, had been living in a world and trying to make sense of it and create it anew. This is something that he had been imagining since he was elementary age, but in the previous 160 days, he had been devoting 8 to 12 hours per a day imagining what the future could look like with everyone working together.
By 3:30 a.m. Pops was able to reign in his thoughts and connect with Mother Earth, imagining a root core going down from his spine to the center of mother Earth and then becoming the anchored at the very center of Mother Earth. Once anchored, he shifted his attention to his breathing and reminded himself that it was time to listen to the sound current. He breathed in slowly and as he did, he could hear the sound and he would breathe out slowly so as not to disrupt the connection to the sound. He made connection and this lasted for a few deep in and out breaths. Once the sound was anchored, he imagine his pineal opening and he put his attention to his third eyes and with eyes closed, he felt his two eyes sinking back as he did so. The sound was locked in, breathing was steady, and third eye was prepped to open. With all locked into place, he looked at his phone. It was 3:43 a.m. He said to himself that he would only focus on the sound current until 4:00 a.m. He didn’t know exactly why he did this, why he liked to listen to the sound current. It was a mystery to him. He didn’t receive any new images or information while listening. Perhaps it was just a thing of curiosity for him. “What is this sound that I hear within me? Where is it coming from? Is there anything I’m supposed to do with it? Is this sound here to help me? Is this sound from Mother Earth?” He never got those questions answered, but it was the after listening that excited Pops. It was then when he allowed his imagination free, that is when he would get what he called “movies.” He was now seeing how all the pieces were coming together. It made him feel that he was living a holy sacred life. Like what he was seeing was a new beginning, a first to happen in the records of human kind and he was bringing a powerful team with him, all those he had mentioned on their website and more. He could see how the world would be changing very fast. When he climbed back in bed with Kma, as she was completing her morning meditation routine, he told her that “I see things changing very fast in the next month. All of the pieces are coming together.”
After Yesterday’s meditation, Pops told Kma that Marianne Williamson’s name was coming up during meditation. Pops had learned to pay attention to what came up as it was often something he needed to pay attention to.
Pops and Kma enjoyed sharing what they were both learning about life. Kma had renewed excitement about life because she had just spent four days with Jean Houston and 10 other students. She was also considering her mentoring classes and in the meantime had purchased an online course that helped with understanding the Quantum nature of our universe. Pops shared a Xander song with her called “Zion.” He prefaced it with “this is the most mellow of his songs, but it seems to encapsulate what he is all about.” They read the lyrics together on his phone and then played the song while following the lyrics again. Then he said, “You want to hear something fun?” Kma agreed. Pops clicked on the lyrics for Xander’s song “Heresy.” They read the lyrics till where he says, “But if we run away, we abandon all the ones that will stay, and our last hope to make paradise. Come now be heresy, we can make the fantasy real if we know who we are in this life.” Pops then played the song. He had told Kma to pay special attention to when it gets to the lines, “better put the venom in the mic so I kill it with the vibe, and I put a bit of insight in it.” When they got to that part of the song, they looked at each other and smiled.
Later that morning, Kma took care of their grandson while his mother went off to her new job. Pops continued working on their website. He often played different songs in the background while he was working. This morning he had found a song he hadn’t heard before from someone he had never met before, but whom he calls “his angel.” It had come up in his Youtube feed. “Thank you Youtube,” he thought. It was a song by Danit called, “Colibri Dorado” which means “Golden Hummingbird.”
Pops listened again and read the lyrics and watched his angel sing along with her angel team and he could feel the vibe and water came to Pops eyes. Pops pulled up the lyrics in the comments section below the song and read the English translation from Spanish.
"To Our home came flying
a golden hummingbird
who brought to our altar
a new sunrise
The light is coming, reflecting joy
the wind blows awake a new day
and the freshness in the mountain is leading
the essence of a hummingbird
that ascends in love."
The hummingbird is one the four good animal Omens of the Shamanic traditions. Pops and Kma looked for good Omens all the time and they were appearing to them more frequently. After their grandson’s mother came home, they spent time eating a snack and finding out about her first day of work. Afterwards, they went for a drive to pick up supplies at a grocery store called Trader Joes, and to go to the Prescott Valley Library to work on their stuff. As they were standing in line to check out at Trader Joes, Pops noticed a sign on the wall that said, “If your total has a unique number like $22.22 or $44.44, you get to spin our wheel and win a free item.” There was a wheel three feet in diameter and sliced up like a pizza with pictures on each slice of potential free food items. Pops pointed it out to Kma and they smiled at each other. As they waited Kma made polite conversation with Jamie, the cashier. “I hear Trader Joes is a good place to work,” she said. He agreed and talked of the benefits of working there and she added, “I imagine it’s not easy to get a job here.” He agreed and expressed gratitude for working there. Pops was half listening but also distracted observing the surroundings and imagining and feeling into the future as he had done for so many moons, and then he heard the Jamie say, “You won!” Pops turned and looked. “Your total is $88.88.” Pops and Kma looked at each other and smiled. Jamie rang the bell and a manager came over. Jamie commented, “Second person today to win.” They felt lucky. It was a Good Omen.
Just before sleeping, they had watched a few Marianne Williamson videos. They started with a 45 minute video where she was interviewed in London by an American from San Diego who had a statue of a big silver dog in the background of the interview shot.
They liked what she had to say. The interview continued for another hour, but one had to sign up for something and they just wanted to get a sample of what Marianne had to say. The next video was a May 31, 2013 Ted talk with Marianne. It started out a bit slow, but she picked up momentum in the middle of the talk, and then at the end she said a line that resonated with Pops. He said, “Wait,” and paused the video and went back a few seconds to hear it again. She said, “Today, in this moment, each of us to awakening….this is what can happen. We can all do it but all of us are necessary to be the immune cells in the psychic blood stream of humanity, that’s the issue, that is what is happening now, Love, that is the force multiplier. It will turn this ship around. I can’t promise that if we all awaken to this collective force field of possibility that is on the Earth today, no one can promise that in our life time all war will be gone and all unnecessary suffering will be gone, but we do know this, If we do what we can do right now, we will die knowing we did our part, and in that case we will know we kicked ass and we’ll die happy” It was the last line in her talk and a perfect way to finish. It was a line that brought much comfort to Pops. Pops had seen great potential with the Global Goals but didn’t know how to start a movement or how to begin to connect with others. Now with Marianne, a breath of fresh air entered their lives. Pops felt he wouldn’t have to start a movement, but rather join a might river that was gaining momentum.
After finishing the video, Pops said, “Let’s watch her 8 minute speech that went viral.” It was mentioned in the first interview they watched. In the search bar on Youtube, Kma typed “Marianne Williamson 8 minute speech,” and they watched the recording.
They were dazed with her passion and couldn’t help but saying after her speech, “We stand for her and we support her.” She was talking their language. Pops felt that after he completed his writing on June 10, 2019, he would likely be helping to bring back love to the world, supporting Marianne with the charge.
As they were winding down their night, a Russel Brand video appeared in Pop’s Youtube feed. It looked interesting so he clicked on it. He could afford to spend 8 more minutes with Russell.
Video Warning: explicit language.
Kma checked her Facebook feed and saw students protesting. Pops looked over at her screen and thought, “I know who will be tomorrow’s heroes.”
The video, posted by The Guardian News, stated that 2,000 protests were held in 100 countries, inspired by Super Hero Greta from Sweden. The future was looking quite good. It was the perfect way to fall asleep.
As Kma rolled over to go to sleep that night and Pops still working on his computer, she said, You should look up the number 8.” “Number 8?” Pops asked.
“Yes, the number we got at Trader Joes.” Kma turned out the light and Pops lowered the contrast on his computer screen, darkening it as much as he could. He opened a new tab on his Firefox browser and typed “Number 8” and it auto-populated with choices. He clicked on “Number 8 meaning” and it returned with “Number 8 meaning is the most misinterpreted meaning out of all numbers. 8 is an angel number. The meaning of the number 8 is harmony, peace, and balance. It is a symbol that helps you make decisions that are beneficial to you in your life.” Pops read it, smiled, closed the lid on his computer knowing he had given his all that day, and went to sleep.
